The body is of a good quality plastic, not some cheap variant. The 3 lights are simply superb. One is yellow light, which is just right for reading, another is a step higher. Lastly we have the white light. However we cannot adjust the brightness by itself. We can only change colors. So I think this could have been better.
Overall the battery life is great. So no worries about charging the lamp frequently.
