Delivery was done in a day and in good condition. Used it for last 2 months, very effective vacuum cleaning. Covers the entire floor, navigates through all obstructions correctly and also visually shows in the app what all is covered. Used mopping for few days, not that effective, so stopped after that. Easy to empty the dustbox and clean using water. Long hair do get struct in the rotating brush at the bottom, which is pain to clean. Also creating and saving map is not easy. It created floor...

So far, it's doing awesome! I just got it so too early to say anything.
But I am already feeling relaxed, it's doing a big chunk of what I have to do on a daily basis and it doesn't complain or gossip. Vaccum and mop is pretty good although had to refill water once. Mine is a 2.5 bhk flat and with minimal furniture so it doesn't have too many challenges either. It goes out of charge in between but it automatically docks itself and recharges, cute and awesome.

Seems to be an intelligent Robot in mapping the house and finding optimal route for cleaning. Sweeping and mopping are both much better compared to maid’s work and is a savior in lockdown times. I must say that it really does a commendable job in doing both sweeping and mopping consecutively.

Very bad product and very poor service from the company. Got damaged on the second day of delivery and still haven't received a resolve after around 25 days of waiting. Won't recommend this to any other person.

It cleans well but mopping isn't that great but it's enough. Easy to use and comfortable in controlling via app too. Only problem is the water compartment is too small and might have to fill it up for a couple of times for a byug house

The white colour mi robo is a completely different product from black colour .

White colour is 2i and black is pro.

White colour is an inferior product, its suction power is less, battery backup is less and navigation is pathetic.

It does not navigate properly, it keeps going to same place multiple times.

I don't recommend buying 2i robo vacuum.

Battery is drain in 25 min. Except battery backup its working perfectly.

More improve dust cleaning,and battery,than all off good
