Misguiding Title
This "Anti-Glare" Screen guard was ordered for my RedMi 1s along with Mi Back Cover a few days back.
In the Specifications, there was no mention whether it was a Matte Finish or a Clear one. There are Anti-Glare screen protectors with UV protective coating or Tint, but still a clear one. I ordered this one thinking it was one of such products.
However, on receiving the product, I realized it was Matte and placed a Replacement request in Flipkart. It was clearly mentioned in the comments box...

Buy this one instead of other unbranded screen guards
To my surprise there was 2 screen guards in the back and also an additional screen guard just for practicing. Also there is a static film and a couple of other goodies. I am yet to get the phone so can't comment about the actual quality of the product. But i trust xiaomi to give good quality products. The screen guard has cut out for the front camera and also for the sensors. A great value for money considering you are getting 2 screen guards.

Just satisfied
This screen guard is good but the display is not good after applying screen guard. Like whenever there is a white screen then I can see small multicolour dots. After seeing this I thought that what happened ton display and removed the screen guard after removing the screen guard the screen again become normal.

Good Product
I have purchased my Redmi 1S in third sale and screen protectors were not provided in this sale. I ordered screen protectors after receiving my phone to save it from Dust and Scratches. I was not sure whether to go for CLEAR or ANTI-GLARE. Then after reading some reviews and watching some videos I decided to go for ANTI-GLARE as these might be good for eyes.
I received the product on third day, good delivery by Flipkart.

Got 3 screen gaurds in a single pack
Superb quality. Not Matte, and easy to put as the phone has edges coming out. Touch feels good.
Instruction manual is in Mandarin. But it has figures and you can get enough videos/instructions online.

Ok ok product.
Mi might be an excellent phone manufacturer, but it is not so good in terms of the accessories. However I guess it is better than Karpine.

Value for Money
Ordered on 21st Oct and received on 31st Oct. Even though i have order the Phone, cover and screen guard on same time they took their sweet time to deliver this product separately. (Note: Screen protector was not free i had to buy separately) Packaging is excellent and received in good condition.
I was bit hesitant to order screen guard for Rs 179 thinking it was too high. But once i saw the real product i was wrong and glad that o ordered this from MI. Here is the reason.
