Review after replaced with new phone.
1. Flipkart finally agreed to replace the handset after 3 or 4 requests. I got the handset 3 days back. Compared to earlier phone new phone is quiet good in performance and it does not hang while searching for contact.
2. Does not hang while dialing new number in default contact list.

While the pros are many in this phone there are also a few cons.I will list them up.
Cons:
1. sim card tray is notoriously difficult to open. I almost thought of returning it back as i couldn't open the tray. however few attempts and a lot of force later it finally opened.
2. the phone gets heated up if you keep it in charging and update the software at the same time
3.the back looks premium but due to the flat design.. it tends to slip
