Decent product
Good product in less than 20k budget and 1.5ton 3 star rating....but inner plastic parts are low quality...using since last 15 days good cooling less sound...over all satisfied

Condenser is slow, takes lot of time to start
Clearly cheap quality product - buttons, condensor, build, remote
Cooling is lesser than my 1 year old voltas
Good thing is it works for me, although i think i would have 2k more and bought voltas, quality is waaaay better.
Suggestion go for voltas or if you have good budget ogeneral or hitachi.

Nice product . Timely delivery by Flipkart . Ac is working good . Cooling is good Micromax have started with good product. Unique feature of up and down swing.noise is less as compared to my other ac's from voltas

Nice product
Excellent quality. No Noise. Cooling capacity is very high. 1 thing, no light in remote screen, so you can't use remote in night. Micromax service is very poor. But, product is good. GOOD AC, RIGHT PRICE, EXPENSIVE INSTALLATION!
I had to reschedule installation as Micromax guys first asked for 1500.00 as WINDOW A/C installation charges! I quoted the flipkart guidelines then they reduced it to 800.00
I complained to flipkart twice but Micromax guys simply refused accepting 500- 600 flipkart's guideline! After three weeks I had to call them and pay 800.00 so that the warranty doesn't become null & void!
Overall fairly good deal.
