Fast and safe delivery by flipkart as usual 5/5
don't wait for flipkart to initiate installation. when delivered, just call micromax customer care and they will do the rest .. Micromax service was superb . installed it the very next day.
Now talking about the product.

Problem with speakers
Apart from the fact that installation of the product took more than a week in a city like bangalore the TV is not worth a buy. I received the TV and found out that there was a problem with the speaker. The installation guy confirmed the problem. I requested for a replacement. For a week i got messages from flipkart saying that a technician would come to inspect and if he confirms the return request would be accepted. The technician did not turn up for a week. The product is very good Video clarity is good. Audio clarity to is good. But flipkarts packaging n delivery are below average. Also they have not facilitated the installation I had called up the MMX service centre to have my TV installed.

Good quality product
This TV is worth the money spent. It supports FHD, 2 usb ports & 2 HDMI ports on the side. USB plays most common formats. Some audio formats are not suppprted. The wall mount is included along with the package.
Audio is loud & clear. Didnt notice much changes when switching the sound mode. Picture qyality is not up to the mark. Full HD displayed on LG & other brands look much better than seen in Micromax.
Demo & installation is a headache, i mounted it myself.Working fine for some months now.

what else you can expect at this price with an Indian brand #swadeshi
