Just wow!
Good small monitor from Micromax..
Has 4-5 diff modes like - eco mode..gaming mode..reading mode..etc etc
It is powered by usb...its power cable has dual usb cables which you have to plug in your pc's usb port.
So make sure you have 2 vacant usb ports to use this monitor.
Other than that its good for normal everyday use.

Good product
I am writing this review after using the product for 10 days.
It is a really nice product to buy for the given price. I am using this monitor because of flickering issue with my laptop display. The monitor can be connected to laptop using vga port. Also the power cable can be connected to the laptop via usb(usb cable provided in the box). The display quality is not really stunning, but does the job for an average user.

A:Use the VGA cable and the USB cables that are provided with the monitor. If your CPU is connected to your UPS, the monitor is too since it draws power from the 2 USB cables.

A:It doesnot has a HDMI port. It only supports VGA. I guess most DVR's support VGA so check your DVR for VGA output. if it has one then the monitor will work.

A:Monitor's input is through a VGA cable (plastic blue coloured 15 pin cable).If your DVR has a VGA output ( in my knowledge most dvr's have a vga output) then you can definitely use this monitor.

For watching TV buy a tv tuner card.
