ya it is a best product i ever seen speed is great but sim slot is delicate overall performance is good, you cant make call or receive, but u can send and receive messages. their's logo of BSNL on it.

If you are a Linux user then you must not buy it. The specifications on this website also indicates that it doesn't support Linux but when you will purchase it from the shop you will find System Requirements as - Windows, Mac, Linux Ubuntu 9.10, 10.04. I too bought after seeing that. But actually NO Micromax device supports Linux. When contacted to Customer Care, they sent me a Linux Interface which doesn't run properly OS. Well, the review title said it all...Bought it on october, 2009 & very happy with it. All I did is just upgraded the firmware & also downloaded the latest software. My default software did not support the "USSD" function.

The only con is calling feature is not available but most of the dongle users uses different sim for dongle so this would not be a big deal as it's supports "USSD' & "SMS" for balance & data usage inquiry. It supports auto connect, no configuration is needed to connect.

So...

the performance of datacard is good. its working in both 2g and 3g platform and am able to browse net with good speed even in 2g.

the only problem i face is when am inserting and ejecting the sim card. its pretty diff.

but when compared to uses and the price its performance is the best and i will recommend to my friends too to us use it. i got the product on the 3rd day after i ordered

One of the great product from Micromax. Initially I had been in doubt whether to buy this or not. One of our computer technical adviser suggested my father to buy this. Before that I had been using BSNL 3G data card. Micromax 310G is much times better than BSNL. I have been using this for three years. works very fine. i'll recommend everyone to buy this one coz the other higher price models available they just show the hsdpa speeds upto 7.2 or higher but it never goes upto that limit. infact it never even crosses 1mbps speed.

i got this 2 days back and comming to product at fist while seeing the pack it is bsnl 3g logo but it is unlocked no need to worry
