1. This phone is a mid range phone with a 5" display. The camera specification says 13MP, yet the actual image quality is very poor. Samsung/Sony is far far better in terms of image quality. This just goes to say that the resolution is poor.
2. Audio quality again is not great. The speaker phone volume can be much better.
3. I had the most problematic wi-fi connectivity. My Canvas 4 phone could not pick up the wi-fi signal even within the stipulated range. It was a big let down for me.

I bought my Canvas 4 from flipkart. I used for over a month and now the GPS is not working the guys at the servicing centre say that it is unfixable. Second this phone is almost a year in the Market and still the Mocromax guys haven't came up with the Android 4.4 update. Third the camera even being a 13 MP is not good even a Galaxy Grand gives better picture quality than this and the flash is not much effective in Low Light Photography. Nowadays at this price you can get OctaCore Phones so go...

as per the games..! vectar game is not supportable..! and music clarity is not so as good as other moto or sony products.my rating is 2.5 out if 5 ..!.! n for gaming my rating is 3 out of 5.coming to the camera clarity its good.! n its never stucked at any time..! behind alll coming to the processor and speed of multitasking windows n.. operating n apps..are far goood ! for that its 5 out of 5 rating..!

Bought Canvas 4 from Micromax Brand from flipkart. Selected Micromax being an Indian manufactured(assembled) product. Whereas the mobile performance has been good for surfing on internet, the microphone sensitivity is not that good ( other person not able to hear properly and get muffled voice). Also the loudspeaker volume is very less (as compared to earlier Micromax models of Q3, Q5 which I had been using in the past).

It has been 9months since I purchased and it worked fine until now. It never hangs and games run smoothly, huge space to store data, camera is not up to expectation(works like 3mp because of the noise in images), internet works fine on the phone.
Now the problem has started and suddenly screen is not displaying anything, have restarted it many times, even took the battery out to check, but no way. Will provide it to service centre, though havn't heard anything good about its service.

Previously I was using canvas HD A116 & I was very happy with everything with it so I went for Canvas 4 thinking that it would be better than canvas HD

The phone performance of Canvas 4 is very good in case of communication, Games, screen response however I am very disappointed with the 13M camera whenever I try to capture any photo I find lot of dots in it.

I bought this phone 6 months back. I indeed use almost all the facilities available in the phone. Occasionally the phone just hangs and you need to take the battery out to reboot the phone. The battery life is low. If you use wifi or internet, the battery drains rapidly and you need to charge twice a day. Apart from that, I am enjoying this product and for the money you give, it has more facilities. I love the HD recording. Crystal clear it is.
Speed is good too.

Overall the product is good at a price of 13k. But few things which will disappoint, if you are expecting high of the product:
1. The menu, back and option button are not that touch sensitive. A little bit of crude touch is required for proper functioning.
2. Battery will not last for more than 6 - 8 hours if you do create a heavy load comprising of wi-fi, games, music, calls.
3. The battery charging never reaches 100%.It gets stuck at 99%
4. The mic and network system is of not that good qua...

This mobile comes at reasonable price with good hardware. OS also good.
battery life is just 1 day with normal use.
Browser works at pretty good speed, provided your internet plan has got good speed :)

Micromax should stop giving cover as free accessory as it is of bad quality.
Camera pics are of very poor quality as compared to its 13MP. It looks like 3.2MP

overall its good phone if you are not bothered about camera.,
