my handset was working fine until the power button stopped working suddenly then came the horrible time it took 39 days for the service centre to fix it ..Horrible .
This is the only thing Micromax should take care of and the buyers should be aware of..

After using for past 5 months , phone experience is..
Pro : Good looks
Value for money phone.
Good signal reception and voice clarity.
No problem faced while running apps or heavy games.

Cons: Poor wi-fi connectivity.
Average camera picture quality. 13 MP seems over rated.
Speaker volume is below average in comparison to similar phones ( Other brands)

It's working well. But the problem is case which is supplied with mobile getting scratches on screen.

Don't buy this phone if you are a wifi user..worst ...and signal process gets restarted very often...

flash player is not supporting........ couldnt able to view videos from facebook........ while click to view.... it will bcome stuck........

Micromax service is too worst. No deadline for repair, once you go to service center that time they will say it will be repair by 7-8 days. After if you will call regarding status then they will say sir it's respired it will take 2-3 days. After 2-3 days again you call then same status. Service center guys are not supportive.

In my phone there was problem in LCD. around 20 days gone still I did not got my phone back .. :(

Think 1st before buy any micromax product.

Good phone and no issues till now...
The camera which Mmx boast of 13 mp doesnt seems to be like of 13Mp...
The rest about the phone is good.

i bought 7 months ago and it's working great and good battery backup. Browsing speed also good and huge internal memory storage.

Purchased this Canvas 4 three months back and its an excellent device for the money paid. If we do not support indian companies, who else will? thanks to Micromax for taking head on with multinationals.
