I purchased the phone from flipkart and it worked fine for just one day. After that the mobile got hanged, forcing me to switch off and switch on. Consequently I was not able to switch on , the device did not boot. I looked up on the net and took the device to authorised (really ?) micromax service centre at chengalpet . The guy there hard rest my phone (wiped out all data) and told the phone is working fine and there is no problem.

I used it for two days and again the same problem repeated ...

Good product from Micromax with very good touch interface,only problem in this phone is little bulky.

Nothing to do with flipkart. They did a great job in sending it quickly. the display quality of the phone is a shame. Very bad viewing angles and colors look a little faded out. Its also not that sharp ( compared to a similar size/res Samsung/htc phone )

The display is too fragile, it broke the third day when the phone fell from about 2 1.5 feet. Got is fixed in less than 4k from MicroMax Service Center. Overall its an okay buy.

it's really worth the money you pay, but dont use the flip cover. while using that flip cover, tiny dust or sand particles may get in between that and the glass and while in pocket it may scratch the glass. Also buy a protective shell, which is avilable in snapdeal and use a normal pouch if you want to keep your phone looking new.

hey guys this phone is awsome...dont hesitate in buying ths...it has all the features upto the mark...and once again thanks to flipcart for delivering this phone too fast...it's gorilla glass is awsome...its totaly scratchless and screen quality is also awsome...IPS touch screen is looking very good...the phone runs very smoothly...and yeah one thing its processor is just incredible...no lag in any thing..playing games..watching videos all are ultra smooth...i can say this is the best of canv...

I bought this a week ago. So far extremely good. Screen clarity is fantastic. Loaded with lot of features. Only thing I felt ordinary is mobile back case.
