Hi,

You should never go to this brand for any expensive/smart phone. This is my actual experience after use of this brand and taken lot of feedback from friends as well.

Within a month New purchased (Canvas 4) mobile handset has been completely dead and I have lost everything (Data, Pics, Video etc,.). Service center says software has been corrupted.

If you actually want to see the exact status of this brand then go to service center and can take feedback from user/customers.

all overall phone is good but there are some problems it going to be hang after internal memory is full.
i have to wait for every step...........

I bought Canvas 4 on 1 Nov 2013. Every thing is very good i mean value for money, good features in low price except battery issues. After few months there is problem in the phone that it couldn't change when the mobile is ON. I have to switch it OFF to charge it. Secondary battery exhaust very fast if you 100% full charge it then it finish in less than 20 hours with minmal usage.

I like the flipkart for shopping.
My first experience regarding shopping is so good.
I got my product with in 3 days.
And packing of product is awarsome.

i am using this phone last from one month.
nice phone with in budget.
everythng is nice in this phn except battery backup.

order the phone after choosing it over samsung galaxy grand. delivered on 13 jan 2014 satisfied with its performance till now till now. not sure if the micromax apps are of any used though.and thanks to flipkart for the quick delivery.

One of the best Canvas micromax has ever made, 5 months straight and this machine is working like a rocket.

Purchased in Oct and till date, the mobile is given in service center 4 times for repairing. Micromax not even ready to replace the piece.

I bought this in this december. This phone is just awesome with all the features of so called high end (40K - 50K phones) and a stunning look.
