This mobile is very good, because of my fault the display got damaged. I went to service center they said it will be fixed in 7 days. As per the schedule, i got a message that my mobile has been fixed on 7th day. So on 8th day i went to service center, they said spare came from head office they need to fix it, so i went on 9th day then they said we dont have spare with us. After so much talking they fixed it in 1 hour.

This is the first time I have ordered something this costly via Internet and thank God I preferred flipkart. It's Diwali time and still they shipped the product within days!! I ordered it on 1st of Nov(late night), and on 4th Nov(Diwali Day) I got my product!! It's really great. Great phone... I bought it from Micromax website (Pre-order)

What I liked:
1. Was sent by Bluedart.
2. Packaging was superb.
3. Accessories are of superior quality. ( Thick wires for avoiding entanglement during usage)
4. Touching through cover is great. ( Big advantage in Monsoon time .. )
5. Instead of increasing hardware specs.. they have improved quality. Exactly what I wanted.. ( dont want to fall for Tegra 3 graphics or full HD screen from others)..
6. Looks are excellent.

Specs wise/...

Good quality hardware from Micromax. Quite sensitive and problem free touch screen. But it is apparent that Micromax have not invested enough to customize the apps. Apps are not very organized, battery backup is little less than expectation. Multimedia performance is smooth. Sound quality through headphone is very very good, but speaker loudness is not impressive.

Bought this phone in March 2014, delivered the product well in advance than the promised date :)
PROS:
-Great features for the price paid(Rs.12820/- when I purchased).
-Camera clarity is good(without flash).
-Video recording is very good.
CONS:
-speaker volume is really low, I miss atleast 2-4 calls every day, If you are in outdoors or if the phone little away from you, its hard to hear the ringtone.
-Camera Flash is not very good, it looks like a picture is taken in a foggy background.
