I have been using this device since last 3-4 months. The build quality is not so good, but at this price tag, one cannot expect much from Micromax.
The display is good, large and clear. The RAM is not sufficient though. It lags when I start playing NFS or any other hi-fi game.
Touch is nice and very responsive.
One of the biggest disadvantages is, it doesnt have a SIM card slot. That means one has to rely on wi-fi network or data card.
It plays all the movies, audio files. ICS 4 is awesome.

if you really want cheaper tablet, better to go for better company like Samsung or Google. It might cost little more but the quality is way different. If you have ever used other branded tablets, the experience on Funbook is visibly degraded. Slows down very quickly and the moment you open 3-4 applications, they started going into wait mode during each transition and ask you to wait or kill. It really kills.
In general Funbook is ok to use however as soon as you get into support need you will...

I bought this few months backs. It did not last for three months too..It has battery problem that is known to everyone. I have been writing to their customer support but no response. This is trash for 7000 rs.

This is the worst electronic product i have ever bought..
I bought funbook on 19th June. At first it was perfect . NO worries , nothing . Then it started automatically shutting down at 40% battery and then i have to charge it to make it on . Then i took it to my nearest micromax service center. They gave me worst service. Firstly they made me wait for 1 hour and then they told me to take it after 15 days . I was very depressed . awesome tab with awesome features .....build in quality is also awesome .....if u worrying how to use internet i have got something for you guys......if u have another android smartphone then check out if it is with wifi thethring .....then u need nothing just on wifi thethring there n wifi on your tab now u r able to use net without those costly packs......screen resolution is worth more than 6500.....untill now i have not faced any problem of crashing ....sound quality is also awesome ........

The shipping and product was great. But I culd not use the bundled offer for tata docomo dongle as Flipkart provided me with a tablet whose Product ID has already been used up by someone for getting the Dongle. Hence had to buy from the tata docomo store by paying Rs1300 instead of the bundles Rs500 offer.
Guys!! if you are looking for a tablet then it is very good but don't depend on getting the docomo bundled offer.

I purchased funbook 1 week ago from THE MOBILE STORE
I noticed.

1)Screen size is Exactly 6 inch..
2)Only MP4 video format works..
3)Only TATA phorton u can use, TAb is nothing without internet
4)Tablet goes off between 50 & 60% battery..

It's a waste of time. In 1 month it gets spoiled. It's FPS is slow and camera is also horrible in the tab and only front facing, no back facing camera. Don't buy it. No star to this tab. It's a Shit tab.

you can use only tata-photon and that too only an old model of device which is unavailable generally. The offer comes with discounted tata-photon device but the tata photon vender will not honour the coupon that comes along unless you subscrribe expensive data plan. I have approached these tata photon venders in three cities without success. cosecuintly the funbook is lying with us without any use since last 6 months because its locked with tata photon.

I am being very frank and clear.
I bought this cheap item just to fulfill the dream of using tablets.
No doubt I am having the worst of experiences.
