I've bought this tab a week ago from a store. a nice product in this price tag. battery is the worst part of this tab when tab indicates 20-50 % battery it goes turned off . all apps and games working very nice. one thing I hate that it is a copy ( I've checked on you tube) of a chinies mono ployor tab...

Hi Friend,if you want to waste your money then please go for Micromax Funbook.I am using this and i can tell you it's total waste of money.The touch pad is not working properly,sound quality is very poor,it's 0.3 megapixel camera is ridiculous.Please don't buy this products.Just add some money with it and go for HCl.It's far better than Micromax.

very poor battery backup and low battery indication. else all worth the price.display is average. battery time on wifi 3 hours.with out wifi 4 hours. only support tata photone 3g, game pay great. overall permanence in this price is great

hi all, i purchased funbook and checked , it works with reliance cdma dongle also.
i dont know why everybody tells that this tablet works only with Tata photon. in APN settings just give your username/password of your any dongle and it works. try

Before micromax is discused a word for flipkart....
if any one is sure what he/she wishes to buy flipkart's the site
funbook is 7 grands in kanpur imagine!
and above that they have a conciderate sale and support team who ralpaced the funbook once as per the replacement policy and 2nd time they took the replacement back and gave me a wallet balence so that i can buy something else

I bought this stuff for my Niece.
First of all
1) ANy Tablet without INTERNET is JUST a PAPER WEIGHT...Unfortunately, Micromax Funbook only supports TATA Photon+ USB Dongle...You will find lot of discussions going in net to hack this to support all other dongles..But believe me this is not going to work unless you root the system.Rooting the Android devices is not so simple just like re-installing windows..So forget about it.I tried a lot to support it with Reliance NetConnect+..but noway...A...

its an amazomg device....to all those call it a bad device...my apologies..for the price iis an xcellent product..this review is being writen from my funbook fyi :-) ...skype worls like a dream..no purple lines as some great people comented....go for it in case u haven't yet

I did not have lots of expectations when i did buy my funbook as i have quite a few tablets before this. Here is what i thought.

Hardware -
The build quality of the Funbook is surprisingly decent. It doesn't give a very cheap feeling except the buttons. I believe that the buttons could have been better.
The capacitive screen is a also smooth. The scratch guard is more of nuisance and I removed it as soon as the first edge started coming off.
The wifi reception is quite good and performs ...

It is good Tab Gaurav ,Anyways what do U expect at this price.

And regarding hardware keys :- IT is a cheap tablet and So does it looks. Why r u ASHAMED of using a cheap tablet that looks cheap too !!!!!
