I have used the Standard Edition of the Flight simulator X.It was the best of its time.Recently when i knew that the gold edition is now available in India,i quickly ordered it.I must admit its the best simulator/Its got almost all flights and the accleration pack is way off a boost to it.Must buy for simulator enthusiasts.Experience could be best if you get your hands on a Joystick as it gives you the real feel.
Dont hesitate just buy it.

I am regularly using FSX( not the gold edition). I alongwith my 2 children are really enjoying this. I was not very sure whether this is readily available in India or not. Hence I got a copy through one of my friend in States. I am ready to purchase the Gold edition if it has any additional features than the FSX.Please let me know...

A pilot myself, it is definitely a good simulator if you have a good joystick.
A good joystick would be the ThrustMaster T Flight Hotas X.

P.S : Just a tip, please don't buy this if you dont have a joystick, and by 'Joystick' I mean a genuine good quality joystick meant for flight simulation games (I would recommend the Logitech Attack 3) , because you just wont enjoy this game unless you feel it!

Well for me basically i always wanted to buy the original copy of FSX but when i was abroad i found the rate to be to high and not worth it ... but looking at this price man am i getting my first original copy of flight sim ... going to fly legit soon he he .. For all who love flying this is the thing you want to get, I use a joystick from Logitech but i see that flipkart offers that too ... Flipkart your the best :)
