This is the best low budget Windows 10 mobile you can get. I was happy to receive original package.

Pros:
- Smooth performance: I am surprised how this phone performs smoothly with such a low performance hardwares. Hats off to Microsoft for developing full fledged Windows 10 for mobile.

Apps are more in Android but more apps not useful but windows less apps but each and every app r useful and usage friendly

First thing you know. Its hanging dude the camra is normal 5 mp and front is 2 no special senser in rear or front cam "the notification shade not response smooth" the quality of speakers are like old china phone . The maximum sound of media and app are '30' when you reach max is like ur phone vibrates. The speaker is covered by simple and thin cloth . The screen resolution is okay a normal HD. Display .the screen is not protect by any kind of protection. So forget gorilla galss. ...

I'm looking for a phone like HTC 8X. Medium display size that comfortable for hand, single sim, good front and back camera, 1gb ram, Windows OS, SD slot, 4g connection, below 10k/-. So i buy this without wait for any reviews. But I did a wrong turn. This one has Heating issue, Software updating issue, battery backup issue, poor camera, etc.. Not a good idea to buy a windows 10 phone now.. Still they (Microsoft) need to work lot..

I'm using Lumia 550 from June 2016, and it is in same condition till now,
Good back camera & an average front camera,
User Interface is awesome,
Battery backup is average,
Processor is little bit slow,
No heating issue like other smartphones,
Windows 10 features are just awesome,

Windows 10 looks far better than windows 8 & 8.1 but its little bit slower than windows 8.

Camera 5 megapixel is better than other companies 13 megapixel. Front camera is also impressive

Pros:
1. The phone won't break when you will throw it away (Which you will want to do pretty much after using.)
2. It have the best E-mail application so far.

I bought this phone 16 days ago. Initially, it was working fine. But when I inserted the SIM card after converting it Nano SIM, it all started...I will start with cons First because pros are few
Cons:-
1) Cannot export contacts to SIM. Cannot add new contact to sim
2) Whatsapp does not work properly on this device
