The best office software under proprietory section
among various propreitory softwares microsoft beats them all. Microsoft office is made lighter by cutting down on unneccesary programs , also the updates and provision for installin the software in three computers is so handy that we have 3 computers at home , comfortably have to just buy one copy of software. hence within limits of our affordable range. Thank you Bill gates :-)

There is NO ALTERNATIVE better than Microsoft office!!!!
I am a student going into a college. I have tried Kingsoft office as an alternative because spending 3.9k for a paid software seems to be ridicules given the fact that Indians look to save money here and there.
Issue was my collg was not able to open up my HW file saved in kingsoft word and hence decided to switch to office 2010.

I am very happy after buying this product- Office 2010 home and student version for 3 PCs, and free Philips USB powered sound bar- excellent sound.
Finally i got free office 2013 home and student version free of cost- unlimited version downloaded from Microsoft. [Great Offer now]
I suggest you friends if that Philips Sound bar available separately then buy it if u feel your laptop is not audiable

Better use open office
if buy any product later you see "not for commercial use " no point to buy the product at all , this is good for student .. but same work can be done using open office , i was using that i buy this now my nephew using but the purpose i buy the product not fulfilled as its not for commercial use , flipkart need list " this product is not for commercial use "

The product key provided on the DVD was invalid
The product key provided on the DVD was invalid, fortunately, the registration process had an option to call up an automated voice machine that provided a key for validation of the product.
Flipkart as usual was prompt in delivering the item well before the committed date - kudos for that.

god knows when Microsoft will understand in India regular customers cant afford to chuck out 4000 bucks just like that.
good product for home users but over priced i would say...
