Genuine product
Received xbox x/s series controller in very good condition and sealed package. The xbox game pass provided was unused. Also, registered device with Microsoft using serial number and got 5 months limited warranty.
Upgraded firmware using xbox accessories app on windows and the response time while playing games is unmatched compared to other brand controllers. Haven't tested using batteries but connection via usb cable works fine.

Really good controller. I've used many controllers and this one tops the charts in terms of compatibility and ergonomics. Works perfectly with Xbox, PC/laptop as well as mobile, which is an added benefit if you are into mobile racing games. The buttons are fine, triggers and bumpers are great with the bumpers being clicky and soft touch. The D-pad is the best design so far and a great improvement over the previous Xbox one controller.
