Hydraulic function claimed for closing door softly was not working. Inspite of assurance of midea customer care for replacing /repairing the same could not be completed after within a week time. However midea/flipkart are providing replacement after 10 days. Flipkart is requested to ensure replacement with product working fully in all respects alomgwith hydraulic /soft door closing mechanism intact at their earliest since I could not use the product for two weeks.

Worst product I have ever bought on flipkart. It started showing it's true colors after 10 months of use. I donot want this machine anymore. But I have to bear this.

I had bought this product 1 week back on 30/7/2020 for 17,999rs on flipkart monsoon sale. And now its 21,999rs. Crazy deal for me. This product is worth of money and value. And it's a very good product at this price. The only problem I faced was with the installation and demo from the executive. He had no idea about the features and information about this product. I had to go through the entire manual and figure things out. Other than this everything is good
