superb buy! high standard machine with low cost than can sell it for more price but for the market purpose in India they are selling low , the motor they fixed and the drum are high quality , the wash programs they installed is much enough for my small family... thanks to carrier for importing this and midea for manufacturing and last but not least FLIPKART for fast delivery and installation.......

The performance of the machine is best in the price segment and it dries the clothes about 80%.but the extra functional buttons like child lock, extra rinse and no spin aren't working properly I contacted the company officer and he told me that they will look after it..

Machine is ok but it takes a lot of time to wash and if ur clothes are much dirty the machine can't wash it properly... Prewash option is just for show off...

There is some defect in my machine. There is electric current in metal drum and other open metal parts like back screw.

I was bit hesitant on buying this machine as the market share is taken by established player like IFB, Bosch etc., But to be frank this is cheapest machine with less water consumption and Great performance. I had some initial malfunction in the machine but once i booked the complaint all the people from service center guys to regional manager was in constant contact to rectify the problem. It’s nice product don’t use much of time and water. Must go for it. Loved the features also, only flaw is no digital display otherwise it’s perfect, so rated 4*.

Review after 1 week of usage: Gets the job done. My cycle option can be used for custom settings. Value for money. Not sure how it will work in long run but if initial performance is something to go by then definitely worth buying as the quality of wash is no way inferior to other big brands.

Product is good.
Very good working on easier operations.
Water consumption is very very low.
Since the product is new therefore the installation and demo technicians are not that much expert.
End buzzer sound is very low just as key pad sound it can be improved. other area of improvement is odor control.
