Midea informed that the location is unserviceable (Chennai). I had raised a compliant in flipkart. Then finally the product got installed after 4 days of receipt. Midea service seems to be below average even in Metro cities. However product is absolutely value for money. Bought it for 5200. Using it for a week. No issues faced so far. The product is good. It will do the job what it is asked for. This is after the use of purifier for 2 days only. Hope the filters and other components will be valid as per the warranty. If you have doubt whether to buy this product because it's offering more with a cheap cost don't be so. You can go for the product. The initial PPM of the water which I was using was around 510. After the filteration it reduced to 100 which is as expected. Overall it's a worth buy for a decent purified water.

U have to install by yourself. every time you call to customer service they tell ask your problem to flipkart or from where you have buyied this. very disappointed

Product is really good.But The installation engineer was a fraud.He didn't explain anything about the product.He Charged me installation amount although it was totally free.All the original parts & accessories has been taken from me.Instead of using original parts he used plastic parts which he brought with him & take away the Original parts without informing me.
