MIJHA brand motor run capacitors are manufactured by using Metalized Polypropylene Film with Heavy / Reinforced Edge on fully automatic imported machines with 3 layers of zinc-aluminum alloy with heavy edge to meet international quality standard. This heavy edge helps in better spray edge contacts (electrical), hereby increasing current carrying capacity, reducing losses and temperature rise. Any breakdowns due to weak spots in the dielectric are automatically self cleared by vapourising the metallisation around the spot still restoring the capacitance and without affecting the film insulation and normal working of the capacitor and thereby increasing the life of the capacitor. The low dissipation factor i.e.low dielectric loss results in very low operating temperature in turn extends life of capacitors and reduces operating cost.
