First up, I bought this set of 3 books from Flipkart. The "Box" that it came in is made of a thick sort of paper (not even cardboard) & tore very easily, so not brilliant.

The books however deserve a 10 on 10. I came late to the Stiegg Larson party (every one I knew had already read the books) and all HIGHLY recommended them. I was a bit worried that the books would be a bit underwhelming after all the hype.

About the novels, I don't have much more to add. They make a really thrilling trilogy. A real international best-seller. One was left with a hope that if the author should have lived more, then literary world would have got a few more classics.

About the book-case, it is made of paper only, not even card-board. So the case is of below average quality and not of much use. But the three books are in excellent condition.

Published posthumously, Millennium Trilogy has made Stieg Larsson a writer who ought to have lived a few years more, at least, to see the impacts his books have made over the readers who love good yarn that lingers long after pages are turned. This is a must buy. The Millennium Trilogy is a set of well written books that are a pleasure to read. I was a good 100 pages in before I remembered that I was reading! It seems that Steig Larsson took the best lessons in his long career as a journalist and applied them all to his work of fiction. The pace is fast, the characters are full fleshed and intriguing.

The series was a very good read! Once you start reading the storyline just absorbs you in and it is tough to stop. Suspense is retained throughout the series only, Somewhere towards the middle of the third book, the plot becomes kind of obvious. Still it is interesting enough to not put down the book till the end.

Of course, Flipkart's delivery was top notch as always :)!

It is one of the best Crime books I have ever read. Very nicely written and aptly placed situations, the story will enthrall you throughout, the suspense is getting revealed peel by peel. I have seen movies as well, but no thrill tantamount to what you get while reading.

I bought this set long back and somehow didn't find the mood to pick up the first book. I had a travelling assignment and thought it the right time to start the trilogy. I have completed two books till now and am amazed at the work.
