Good
Overall a great product, but there are two limitations:
1.)Thermosteel surface is dirt magnet, so either clean it regularly or do not remove plastic cover
2.)As it has less height, the flow speed of water will not be that good, but I needed the short one to fill water easily from water cooler in hostel
Water remains cold for almost 9-10 hours which is excellent as it has plastic cover on top.
If you are looking for use in hostels, it's highly recommended else go for more height.

Wonderful
Its a very good product can keep water warm over night. Used it for 2 months and then reviewing it. A very good product for house hold use. Just dont keep normal or cold water in it as nost of the pople use it as a water vendor too.
