Perfect product!
the product is nice and I like Milton products . it does not have a user manual as to how I have to open the cap . I had. a bottle from Milton which I am using from 4 years so I decided to buy this item .

You can not insert your hand inside, Hance cleaning can't be done properly.
And you cannot pour whole liquid, After cleaning some quantity of liquid don't comes out.

Insulation is not so good....it keeps hot(same as poured) upto 3 hrs max... reduces heat very quickly....[where Milton thermosteel flask can keep hot (same as poured) more than 6 hours..then reduce heat gradually more than 12 hours.]
Except insulations everything is good..easy to clean.. .
can buy if long time heat is not required...

The brand claims that the flask keeps hot or cold for 24 hours but it keeps hot for only 6 to 7 hours
