The Product was brand new from inside out with good packaging.Product delivered was a genuine product.
Delivery was also satisfactory.
But the problem is with Milton.The lid when closed properly still leaks one or two drops of tea or whatever brewerage is kept inside.
This will create troubles if you plan to take it out for some picnic, it will leak from pot drop by drop.
For using in home it is excellent but I would recommend you to buy some other product apart from this where you will g...
