Great book to know all about mindfulness and how to be mindful via zen way I also tried few things to be mindful and especially osoji and learn to handle pain ,I don't know how you make your books they are unique coz while looking at your books I feel a kind of peace starts to prevail thank u Swamiji IAM really grateful to u.

Just wow!
Extraordinarily Enthralling Book Ever. This book taught me to stay mindful by living in present. From the Zen philosophy to compassion, humility, forgiveness etc just made me to realise my real self. I am no more the older version of myself I feel like I have upgraded. Now I am trying to live in present and also trying to wear a smile. I think every person who thinks a lot always must read this book once then only you can feel it's beauty.
