I will definitely recommend this book to everyone , this isn't much popular but is very good book . The delivery was on time , packaging is good no damage and the book is really perfect . Actually this book is bit costly (more than 500 rupees) because it also contains a CD at the end of the book which has a guided meditation course so anyone can get help from it . :)
