Not to be missed
I have been reading buddhism books for a while. There were so many references on 'Mindfulness' in many of the books.... This book was an eye opener on what is 'Mindfulness'. Bhante is an excellent teacher. This book is also for the people who have no access to a teacher. A great book on Vipasana meditation and how to apply it in your daily life.

Contents Justify the Title
This is a No-Nonsense book. After reading cover-cover, I still carry this book on long journeys and open it randomly (at any random page) and read till either my eyes are tired or reach my destination. In the end I feel as if I have been meditating.
Personally I feel its worth the price.

Masterpiece
One of the best books on Mindfulness and meditation. It explains vipassana so simply and provide easy to do techniques to enrich our daily life.

Slightly disappointed
Excellent book no doubt in that, but print quality is bad. I know I am going to photo of the pirated book at this price, but the print quality is unacceptable even at this price.
