It is written with Simple language, but very effective elaboration on Pokayoke. It clears all doubts about the mechanism and types of approach needed. It provides a framework for deployment.
I also liked the examples. It’s really great. I recommend it to all managers . It will be realy helpful in developing a culture of thinking differently towards the goal of zero defect.

I have read this book and cleared many of my doubts about Pokayoke as concept. We are using Pokayoke at our company as an initiative for last 5 years, but after reading this book I realised there is better and more systematic way of driving this as an initiate. There are more than 115 apt examples provided in this book, we identified around 18 examples which we are exploring to implement.
