Warranty Summary
This MKG1016 Dish TV Remote comes with a 7 Days Testing Warranty against manufacturing defects only. The product is thoroughly tested before dispatch to ensure proper functionality. This warranty covers only technical issues related to remote performance such as non-working buttons or signal problems. Physical damage, burn, broken body, water damage, or improper usage is not covered under warranty. Please note that this is a compatible replacement remote for Dish TV setup box (MKG1016 model) and does not include batteries in the package.

Warranty Service Type
Off-site Warranty – Customer needs to contact the seller in case of any issue with the MKG1016 Dish TV Remote. The product must be returned to the seller’s address for inspection and replacement. Replacement will be provided after verification of the defect. No on-site service is available.
