This is an excellent book, but do not buy it till you have had a good understanding of c++, preferably some hands on experience with templates and STL. I understood it better after using STL and boost.

If you are reading this, I recommend reading "API design for C++" as well.

This book is like years of wisdom, distilled into a very fine book and shared with the world to benefit. This book has some excellent insights into the Design of SW systems catering to most of the requirements one would typically encounter. This book should be a must read for all SW Engineers and Designers.

A must have C++ book. a very practical , has real professional content, book tells you what you will see in real time source code in s/w. Highly recommended for.

I have done a lot of programming in C++ but you always need some expert advice. This book offers it.

Now lets discuss what this book has actually to offer. The book tell you how you could apply techniques to make you applications more industry kind and better. It tells you a lot of techniques and this helps in making your code efficient.
