quality of parts is an issue. have to called hindware team twice in 3 months to replace parts as every month there is an issue with this RO and it stops supplying water . this is not expected from a national brand. they have to work a lot to improve the quality. Go for an established brand rather than buying it.

Product working fine. Timely delivery and seem less installation by Hindware technician. I had water pressure issue at my home, but their technician could suggest me to fix it smooth and effective manner with out any pressure enhancer. I really like their true professionalism, now a days it difficult to expect from every technician.

Cost wise this product seems to be little expensive compare to other brands.

Flipkart delivery was on time as scheduled but the service delivery by the Hindware engineer was below average.
The product quality is also substandard. Same day post installation the PCB circuit got damaged and had to replace. The plumbing work done by the Hindware technician was below par (profuse water leakage post two days of fitting). Holistically, Flipkart Service is awesome, but Hindware Moonbow Water Purifier is below expectation.
