Not apt for beginners
Firstly, I got a used product. The Handgrip is huge and so hard to use (the pressure) i wouldn't recommend it for beginners and ectomorphs.
Secondly, its plastic handle hurt your palms.
My verdict, If your a huge guy like The great Khali, Big show.... this handgrip would suite you... hope this helps.
