However thought of testing the chutney jar (0.4 L0 for one of the toughest tasks of grinding of Hing (Asafoetida) 3/4" crystals. I NEVER had the need to put up a complaint for anything.
Maybe the other guys, got a faulty product.

The company morphy Richards is very famous and for that reason, their product price is also high. But, actually the product is the worst quality.

They have used so much plastic in FP. The quality of the plastic seems to be very cheap. And the margins and surfaces of all the jars, lids and bowl are rough and sharp, that I have cut my hands and fingers every time, whenever I am washing and using these. Now, my full right hand is full of abrasions and pain after using this for 1 week.
