Very Nice

Highly disappointed with flipkart and their associate sellers, this is not for the first time they have thoroughly disappointed me, as it has been earlier too. I ordered for this product and was delivered to me within the stipulated time frame, but upon opening the product, I was shocked to see a dirty, old and torn box of the product, confirming it was an old one. Further inside was a broken and severely damaged product with internal wires hanging around, there was no cellophane wrapping aro...

Product is very useful because of the changeable plates. We just need to read the instructions to maintain the plates and the TWG. So far i have used all 3 attachments and made toast, grill and waffles. All of them came out to be good. Although i have not used it on daily basis but it has been more than 2-3 months since i bought this and it is going good. I could think of only one cons, the quality of plates could have been better.

Perhaps due to low wattage, M R brand should have been careful enough to keep it such that items are cooked fast enough with acceptable cooking quality

First I received correct product but broken from SN. Ordered replacement and that got "broken" in transit. I am pretty sure that was also broken before delivery but SN will get to blame flipkart.
Then ordered again and here comes Wire Intl selar. Sends the 1200rs grill model and advertising as TWG. Wires Intl selar was skammer. Ordered again, this time from SN again and the upper flap is loose and comes off.
