I received the product, but not sure whether product is original or duplicate. Reason for doubt.
1) No guarantee/warranty card
2) 2 year Manufacturer Warranty as per description on flipkart 3 year Warranty as mentioned on product box
3) trimming experience is not smooth, blade points digs in face while trimming.

if said details confirms that product is duplicate please replace my product

the product i got is a defective product and its not working. This product is a used product and its full of scratches.
this seller is a thief and trying to make others fool.
requested you don't buy anything from this seller

there are 2 switches on this product.
one on left(power) and one on right(to push the blades forward).
right switch slipped.
Trying to write to the manufacturer(doesn't respond)
Return is not possible at this time. Works like a charm but without that switch it trims uneven.
How to claim warranty when there are no centers in Bangalore.
Sending product elsewhere? all the discount on product is just spent on getting this fixed.
Any options Flipkart team?

actually i had booked 1400-0015 model and received material model was 1400.Again after replacement same model has come.Any how i used this product and product is really nice.and well trusted service by flipkart.

Very disappointed with the fact that the Moser 1400 that I have received is a copy of the original WAHL-Moser 1400.

Highly let down by such sellers being allowed on Flipkart and makes me trust Flipkart less.

I received the duplicate item. I received the trimmer from kemei. When there is no stock there is no need for flipkart to make the product available. It still shows available on the website. I ordered Moser trimmer but I received a trimmer from KEMEI. Completely disappointed.

I have purchased earlier this product from other on-line site for my brother and this time purchased from flipkart for me , but this one vibrates and make unbareable noise also it get heated too much that we cant even hold after few min.
