Worst experience one side bud not working

Best buds for music, movies, games and for calls, while driving I talk calls, very crystal clear voice and no disturbance noice surroundings, each side have 3 mics build in for more clear voice for calls, battery Backup is good once charged it long last 6 hours for music, movies, but for calls it gives 4 to 5 hours, for videocalls it drains more quicker, I think i got defected peace, i will visit exclusive store to replace the product at service center. i hope after replacement it will work p...

Product has poor battery back up.. i purchased this only because of bose sound. And i also have a moto phone and the app connectivity to use the features are bad.
If you are looking to buy this i would suggest you to buy noise master buds or OnePlus buds pro 2. I would say it's not worth the price only because of battery and app usability of the anc features. It does not recognise well on the fit and sensors. Don't think I don't know to use, i have been using other brand and model buds. But ...

Nice sound, fast pairing. Compatible with Moto Smart Connect Eco System. Although the battery drain is very fast, especially if the ANC is on.
