the package contents is the motorola 25vpa qualcomm 2.0 quick charge certified car charger. (an attached USB cable, no seperate cable)
The product has two output ports
1. The turbo marked permanently attached micro USB capable of quick charge with 15W/25W rating.
2. A standard USB female port to attach another USB cable.
According to the markings on the product... it seems like turbo/standard modes are available from both output ports.

Handy charger
Great product from Motorola. It works as advertised and in fact seems to charge my X Style faster than the wall socket turbo-charger. Fast charging is also applicable via an additional USB cable (bought separately). Hence 2 devices can be charged really quickly.

Awesome fast charger available in market
If your planning to use this on ur Samsung Note series it's an awesome choice.
My Samsung Note 4 recognised this charger as a fast charging point and charges it faster then a regular travel adapter.

A:IT'S COMPATIBLE WITH CAR CHARGER PORT. THE CABLE IS INTEGRATED. SO UNLESS YOU HAVE similar port on your wall I'm sorry I believe it can't be used as a wall charger
