Very good delivery service from Motorola. The machine which we received initially had a manufacturing defect and they replaced it on a request. Response was pretty quick.
When it comes to the performance of the machine, it's really great. After a month of usage the wash quality is great.
The machine is not less than any branded front load machines in the market.

Worst experience ever!
I have purchased this motorola washing machine in October 2023, machine is stopped working since 20 April , company service agency m/s Jeeves pvt ltd unable to repair said machine due non availability of spare part.
