This is a very good built sturdy machine, The only shortcoming that I found was that while using default wash programs, it's not possible to set the spin time. Also movement of this machine is difficult because of its weight, yes it's extremely heavy and normal trolley won't work, if u need one u will need to get customised heavy duty trolley fabricated for this one to avoid vibration.
Heavy weight is also good as the machine is very stable during its wash and spin cycle.

Amazing washing machine and the installation service is very good perfomance is good all around good product but i did not get frount side stand black rubber bush and when the machine spin or rinse theare was a sound like the motor touching the body but there is no sound when washing

After 3 months uses the product works well. I am fully satisfied from this washing machine. Giving 5 star for performance but i am very disappointed about the demo person. He was very careless about the installation. The installation of product done by me with my brother. But i repeat again the product is very good with decent performance. Thanks to Moto & Flipkart 🙏🙏

Facing problems from first day

Product is good ,black dorr glass is not good practically ... And the installation services are pathtic froom Jeevs ....he don't even have any idea about how this Machine operate . Installation guy just do a formality ...not having enough tools with him.

I request to Motorola after sale ...service facility detail display in menu and flipkart

We were bit skeptical about ordering Motorola Washing Machine but after using it, we can say without any doubt that it is stupendous. And the services provided by Flipkart are also very nice. Even the delivery man and installation man are very cooperative. Basically we can say that because of flipkart only we have this fabulous product. Thanks to flipkart.

Writing after 45 days of daily usage, Washing quality is very good with powder, Excellent with Liquid soap. Easy to use (my aged mom uses comfortably, she says easy to operate) Value for money as we dint wanted wifi (since mom is not comfortable operating through phone connecting to wifi) plastic quality and fit and finish is very good. Installation & demo was very good, the guy explained with patience reg usage, different modes, do's n don'ts. Over all Happy with the Purchase
