Does the job
The biggest miss is the absence of Dolby and DTS format supports. Without this, there is no way you can actually get 5.1 surround audio from your TV. To get real 5.1 you will have to get a Dolby/DTS decoder and then connect to this speakers via the 3 3.5mm Jack's in the back. I got the Creative Sound blaster X3 and is now driving this from my PC to get real 5.1

Did not meet expectations
Surround speakers & main soundbar producing cracking sound continuously. Fault unit received from the flipkart. Return has been raised for the same just waiting for flipkart response. Very disappointed with motorola for this faulty unit.

Purchased during big billion day. Build quality and design are perfect. Used the hdmi arc cable to connect for best sound. Read the instructions booklet and instructions behind remote. If you don't get sound in satellite speakers long press 2.1 to 5.1 key on remote.Ensure bluelight glows in subwoofer n satellite speakers.

A:by pressing 5.1/2.1 button (don't long press) in your remote (check led display) for speaker set-up. choose satellite speaker then press + or - (up and down) to change volume for individual speaker.
