A:yes buddy i too have apache 160 4v but i dont recommend you this type of engine oil for your bike..you can go for synthetic engine oil of motul iam using it to my bike which moves now buttery smooth

A:go for 10w30 grade. I too used in 1st service 650km. Now 4900km odo reading. Still oil has much better lubricants and detergents. This oil can last max 6000km upto 250cc engine. 3000 in honda superbik
