Looks stylish and fulfills it's promise. It packs a lot and with everything adjustable to suit the person carrying, it's bang for the money. Has a laptop compartment. Shoe compartment doesn't have a separation layer with the main one, it's just that you can put and get your shoes out separately.

It can get heavy if you completely fill the bag, took some time for me to adjust to the weight, but after that it's fine.

Ticks off all the categories for me and very happy with the purchase.
