MOVING ON

â??Moving onâ? the title itself is bound to trigger curiosity. At first glance the story may appear a simple love story but once you get in to it Ms Jha takes you on a roller coaster ride and you sure donâ??t want to put the novel down.

Smitri and Rohan, two people who in appearance are poles apart and yet as the story unfolds you discover to people who indeed have things in common, Smitri may have had the love of a mother but Rohan never did. Rohan may have been born with a silver spoon in...

A Love Story..from the start to the end!!

One amongst the amazing Love Stories that I have read..
The wonder is, two souls who were known to be hard core selfish by the outer world.. fall selflessly in love.. & their love this time was to no bounds.

Inspite of the hardships life had put them through, they learnt how to trust each other the hard way.

Moving On.. is just not a phrase but a motivation that no matter how worst the past is.. it is never too late to start a new beginning.. & true love helps you to sail through all ups ...

Good potential

As a first novel, Moving On quite makes the cut. A good love story, potential for conflict and separation, haunting pasts. But a novel is so much more than two individuals and an overanalysis of their lives. This one especially would have been so much better with a crisper plot, short and pithy dialogues, more creative language (not just a bunch of daily conversations)and more dramatis personae. The characters are lonely and one-dimensional. I also think the main female character, while hones...

A must read!!

I can't actually gulp the fact that 'Moving On' is Jaya's first book!

Amazing writing skills. It just drew me with it!! With every page I read my penchant for the book increased.

Not just the writing skills, the story itself is a brilliant master piece!!!

Its a deep look inside the world of relationships! The relationship of Smriti and Rohan illustrates that its not just love that can make a relationship work but having faith in your relationship and your partner is also needed to take you...

moving on

It is a very nice novel; a great love story between Rohan and Smriti. It shows us that whatever happened in the past, we can still move on in life. There is always hope for a better future.

Great job. Keep it up.

Not that good

I bought this book seeing rave reviews on flipkart. The novel kind of dissappointed me. Generally I read for fun but this book made me slightly uncomfortable. Its serious story, & probably a bit too feministic for my taste. I'd rather prefer some humor in already complex life. Plot n characters are predictable & I felt like I am going through a 1980s Hindi film. Though I'd give the author credit for a tight n pacy story.
