Quality Issues
My motherboard lasted only 10 days before the SATA controller went bad. Got it exchanged with an Asus 990FX Pro 2.0 and I am very happy with my decision.
The MSI board is also good but MSI needs to look at quality since they are charging so much.

Cons: OK, first this thing is not fully capable of working with the FX8350, I would say its barely capable. The fx8350 needs an 8 2 power ability to really unleash its potential. This board is 6 2. Also the wattage is just too low to do any type of overclocking.
The OC genie provides a minimum amount of overclocking support, and the MSI bios is TERRIBLE. It provides no determinable order to the options, has no LLC options, the core voltage was ...

I m really happy to buy this product. It has a bunch of amazing features.
There r tons of usb ports. plus it has two 3.0 in the back and an extra two usb 3.0 support on the front panel. U will have to buy a front 3.0 panel. try search anker 3.0 usb front panel.
i just ordered it. works flawlessly.
besides that this is completely made for gaming. It has an overclocking ability that makes it the Boss in its price range.

Great Motherboard
got my first board, I delighted with the ease to do anything uefi, looks great in my Rosewill galaxy 03. posted worked ok for almost a week. 2nd board worked even better, fx 6300 has no problem working without bios update. oc to 4.5.

Looks nice and performs nice.
I dont use any external cooling system other than my CPU fan, still Temperature is very less, thanks to MSI.
I really under estimated the Ethernet port, PS2/USB ports for gaming devices, but it is really amazing while playing FPS/MOBA games, that combined with the sound blaster gives u good gaming experience.
Fast Boot mode is a great feature to be reckoned.
Overall, this product can be considered as one of the most amazing gaming gear.
