MSI AMD/ATI R5450 1GB DDR3

Flipkart service is good, but...
I bought this seeing the description as stated 'GPU' speed 650Mhz, but item arrived and when I installed in my computer and checked the GPU speed using the software provided it shows GPU speed only 400Mhz.

When I checked the MSI website they have two different versions 400 & 650 speed.

The seller is cheating by putting the description of the item as 650Mhz speed and supplied 400Mhz speed card.

Please do not buy from these sellers listed, check the seller is...
