Absolute junk!
This junk is made with Interesterified veg fat. Only small amount of ghee.
Interesterified fat involves chemical or enzymatic interesterification (IE) process in which vegetable oils are fully hydrogenated to form a fully saturated hard stock (either 16:0 or 18:0), followed by an exchange of acyl groups among the triacylglycerols to achieve the required degree of plasticity.
