Do not Get Data Card Online
I got this Data card on-line .. Either MTS nor the seller bother to activate it
i was promised that Sales team will give a call back and make arrangements to collect the Documents doorstep
it happen 4 me to return the item and get it in Store again !
its recommended to get data cards in store for fast activation and usage

Best in class
This works great . The speed depends on where u use it .!! I am in the core of Bangalore . Earlier I was using Tata photon . But this works better than that. U should buy this from the mts site then the commitment will be 100%.!!!!!!!!!

Extremely poor
This dongle is made by LAVA and uses a qualcom chipset. Though it connects in the first attempt, I have never been able to get a speed more than 30KBPS which is OK only for casual browsing (even in the middle of the city). But the story does not end here , the device heats up really fast (within 10 minutes of connecting) and once it becomes hot, drops the connection. You have to unplug the dongle, keep it in ur hands for a few minutes and then plug it back in. Repeated customer calls have not...

Worst dongle to buy
I became a victim of LAVA FD800 Dongle.
though i didn't buy it from Flipkart. The device is same and delivered by MTS.
I got Two Wifi Dongle. One is ZTE and another one LAVA FD800. this one.
ZTE shows 5 bar(Max network) and gives speed of 3-4 Mbps
but FD800 Lava Shows only 3 Bar. and speed never crossed 1 mbps. (avg speed 300 kbps).
worst part is LAVA device became dead after 8 months.
I used this device only on the adapter which was provided in bundle by LAVA. Still device died after 8...

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS
I purchased this data card just because of WIFI and 32GB card support.
But when it came to activation everything went wrong. Flipkart CC asked me to go to a authorised MTS Dealer to get it activated and MTS dealer wanted me to ask customer care.
I was roaming back to forth between delaer and flipkart cc.
After 7 days i asked them to return the product and then they said it is not returnable.
I have a friend working in flipkart , who helped me get my refund.
Terrible things.

Worst data card that you can buy
This is one of the worst product i've ever used. The Lava dongle i purchased was dead within a month. 1 month has passed by, i didn't get the dongle back from the customer support center. MTS and LAVA customer support center guys are the worst in the business. Avoid LAVA and MTS and go for other broadband.

Wrong Commitment
I recently purchase MTS wifi data card from flipkart.There are many problems which i am facing:
1. Speed which i am getting is less then 1MBPS where as they are promising for 9MBPS speed,I have registered complaint for 3 times with MTS but the speed is still very slow.
2. and you will get 10gb be bundled data but not for 30 days as it is mentioned on the free offer,this 10gb data is only vaild for 15 days.
3.Price is also high on flipkart as we get this data card for RS 1500/- at MTS store.
